"The bar and the kitchen definitely need help. There's not enough stuff for the slim amount of hours that the diner is open, no bartender at any point in time, and no one seems to know what's on or off menu. However, the food that come out is good."

"the hotel itself was fine, we felt the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming and enthusiastic. Also, a small issue occurred during our stay: the housekeeping team accidentally took my son's white T-shirt, likely mixing it up with the laundry. I brought this up to the front desk a few times, but it didn't seem to get much attention. I understand mistakes happen, but I hope you can look into this to improve the service for future guests."
