For the money it was great, free breakfast, clean linens, king size beds, and amazing staff. It is a budget stay and doesn’t sell itself as anything more. If you don’t mind a little freeway traffic and interesting pedestrians in the parking lot to get a big bed and big breakfast - this is the place for you - we will stay again!!!

Was very clean, all remodeled, staff was friendly and accommodating. We got in a few hours after we said we would show and they had no issues, even upgraded our room. Pool was clean and hotel had adequate parking. 👍

The rooms were nice, clean and pretty big. I would've like the option to park in front of my room like alot of other motels have but the parking was in one section upfront. The breakfast wasnt great it was ok for the price of the room. The orange juice tasted old.

It was basically clean, cleaner than others, but there was a bug issue, all over the bed cover and duvet there were stains, hairs on the sheets, and a big big cockroach under the sink. however besides that issue, the hotel really is clean and cozy in comparison to other places i’ve stayed

Neighborhood is very dirty, I felt unsafe the entire time. Some way, somehow, both of our vehicles and other guests staying at the same hotel vehicles were FILLED with red ants!!!! It took so long trying to get as much of them as we could out

The room itself it’s spacious and has everything, but the room was dirty, bed sheets had makeup stains, and you could tell room had not been cleaned, there was like dogs hair on the bed and really dusty everywhere

I wish I could leave a review based on customer service alone because the customer service was superb! However, this is a bug motel. If you like dust and bugs, this is the place. Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Bugs everywhere. Cracks in the wall and bathroom. Spiderwebs in the shower. We will not stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

You should not trust the photographs; This hotel is of low quality, with very austere rooms. Barely hot water came out in the shower, poorly maintained and a little dirty. The curtain in the room is broken. The printer at the reception was not working, they could not print the receipt. Difficult to sleep because it is on a busy freeway with a lot of noise all night.

Room was not cleaned prior to our stay. Found stains and hair all over our bed it was completely disgusting. Went to report it to the front desk and all he did was have me walk to the laundry room with him and gave me a sheet and blanket. Tub was filthy, toilet looked like it hasn’t been clean in days. We had to beg for towel and wash cloths and the guy at the front desk asked that we bring the dirty towels down to the front desk.

The staff was extremely helpful! The room had some issues along with housekeeping. One issue with the room was one bed light did not work. Second issue was the tv. When turned on it did not have any channels pop up. So I had to call the front desk and he proceeded to tell me I needed to go to the input button and space over to the left until you reach the tv button and press enter. Had to do that every time the tv was turned on. Third issue was the white vanity sink which would not drain or seal up to hold water. I pulled the sink drain center up and cleaned the gunk off and replaced. It drained perfectly. It still wouldn’t hold water. Fourth issue was the refrigerator was set very cold which I didn’t know. I put food leftovers in the night and they were frozen solid in the morning from being in the refrigerator. Fifth issue was the ac split unit when the compressor kicked on it sounded like a freight train very loud. The issue with housekeeping was that the sheets were not changed. Had the same stain on the bed for three days. Lastly the coffee is awful. The staff was friendly.
