"The best thing about staying here is the fact that the mall was connected to it. I requested an early check in and upon arrival to the property, after 19 hrs of travel, the room was not ready. Then I upgraded to a suite which they said would be ready faster, but I waited 3 hrs, up until normal check in time, to actually get to my room.
