"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish.
The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there.
On Friday night, there was no hot water. I attempted to address the issue with staff, but no one seemed to care or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, the hot water issue continued...

"The staffs need to work on providing better customers services and terrible smell of sewage. Mold and water stains throughout the hotel. The pool wasn't available and the construction noises were unpleasant during meal times."
