"Unfortunately, our experience was pretty negative. Our rooms were only cleaned once in 5 days after I had complained. We asked for new towels multiple times and didn’t receive. My husband had to roam the hallways finding a cleaning cart for toilet paper when our kids were using the bathroom. At the cost of the hotel, expects would be a cleaned room each day, fresh towels, and responsive service. We were visiting with family and both had the same experience.
Breakfast was also difficult- I waited 20 minutes for a fork one morning. They ran out of food early and took forever to refill items. There was a lively courtyard and one helpful staff that supported our using it to grill for our family, but otherwise- I would not say again and was very frustrated."
