Probably best hotel in samara as very new. Security a little over the top and staff need training in hospitality as it is a very newly opened hotel and restaurant and bar staff just do not really know what they are doing. Will get better with time. During World Cup there was construction going on so I complained many times for them to stop hammering and drilling. Will eventually end up a top class establishment Thank you so much to Katrina who helped so much

Отличный отель

Отличный отель, новый, современный, с отлично обученным персоналом. Хороший, но небольшой спа-центр, великолепный завтрак. 2 ресторана. Очень понравился грузинский на первом этаже, но абсолютно разочаровала Терасса на третьем, где накосячили просто по всем пунктам от блюд до официанта. Возможно, просто был не наш день. Большая и просторная ванная комната с качественной сантехникой. Единственное, что лично мне непонятно- ну как можно делать в ванной тропический душ так, что невозможно постоять под душем и не залить весь пол водой. В остальном все на отлично.

Лучший на данный момент отель Самары. Прекрасный бассейн, номера в дорогим ремонтом. Не хватает самую малость - атмосферы. У входа постоянно курят люди и плотно стоят машины. А мог бы стоять дворецкий.

Отличный отель для релакса.

Отличный сервис. Персонал вышколен на высшем уровне. Приветливы на все сто. Чистота. Бассейн маленький. Шестеро детей и четверо взрослых ощущались как столпотворение, особенно в части того, что все ломились в сауну, в которой фактически 3 места и хамам, там 4 места. Лежаков 5 штук. В общем стоит задуматься прежде, чем идти в час пик. В остально же очень чисто. Водичка стоит в бутылочках. Полотенца и халаты в изобилии. Завтрак очень хорош. Красная икра, рыбка, шампанское brut и полусладкое. Официанты наивежлившие и наиприветлившие! Отличные шампунчики и гель для душа в номере.
