We had a wonderful experience at the Saman boutique hotel. We loved pretty much everything. We loved the decor, the attention to details and the style. Access to rooms is through a tropical heaven, with a giant tree and a pool. The furniture was modern and “pure”. The hotel is very clean, everywhere you go. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty, healthy and excellently served! We also enjoyed a delicious and well presented meal at the terrace. All in style! We loved it so much that we extended our stay by a night and lost another reservation in Santo Domingo! We strongly recommend this hotel. We travelled the world and have stayed in many upscale hotels, this is one of our favorites.

Everything about this place was great ! Very close to beaches, the hotel staff were amazing . The room was minimalistic yet beautiful and clean. My only two negatives were the hot water for showers was spotty although i actually find that normal in more remote /eco hotels so I wasn't really bothered by it . Also heads up literally... there are some really beautiful pieces of trees used as art work outside of the 200 level rooms. It looks beutiful just poor placement, one evening i walked out of my room and walked straight into (ended up with a concussion lol ). This hotel is beautiful to rejuvenate and reconnect with nature . We came with our children and they loved the pools , the dominican breakfast, and the beds were comfy. Playa poppy is about 10min nearby and othere beaches are also very close as well as eateries . After leaving las terrenas we took the kida to a resort for 3 days :( and wanted to leave the resort and come back here !!!
