This property was in a beautiful location. We could walk to town or take the convenient bus. Besides the clean rooms and very comfortable bed, the breakfast was amazing! Alex is a gracious host and we are so thankful to have stayed here. We would definitely stay here again!

Alex and Iris were so kind, they gave us recommendations for great local restaurants on arrival. They were also incredibly attentive, making sure our room had everything we needed. We would recommend their B&B to anyone visiting Salzburg! Very easy walk to Old Town which made for excellent/convenient exploring.

A wonderful find. Walkable to old town but away from the hustle bustle. Large room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Alex and Iris were wonderful hosts. If ever in Salzburg again we are definitely staying here.

If you are looking for a perfect stay in Salzburg, search no more. It is absolutely amazing. Located in a quite street just 20-25 minute walk from Old town. Free parking on the spot, free breakfast. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Alex makes perfect omelette with veggies, cheese and bacon in the morning . Overall - totally recommended place to stay in Salzburg.

We had a delightful 3 night stay while exploring Salzburg. A pleasant 15 min walks gets you to the Old Town. It’s charming, picturesque, and busy. It was nice to leave for our quiet residential neighborhood in the evening. Iris and Alex, our hosts, are welcoming, informative, and fun. A wonderful diverse breakfast is served. We were glad we stayed here.

Very cozy little B&B with excellent hosts. It has a unique interior design, clean and nicely decorated rooms, very goof breakfast, free parking, and overall, we had a really good time staying at Villa Verde. Lack of air conditioning on hot Salzburg nights we encountered was a bit of an issue and the location did require some walking to get to the old city center (which would not have been an issue if the temperature was not >30 degrees of celsius). But otherwise - definitely an excellent choice for a short stay in Salzburg and highly recommended!

Villa Verde is such a great place to stay for a Salzburg vacation. Iris and Alex are wonderful hosts, and made us feel welcome during our 10 day stay. The property is what I would call “cozy/modern” decorated with unique original artwork. Rooms are very well-maintained and clean, and the surrounding area is quiet. Best of all, Alex and Iris serve up an incredible breakfast with an impressive assortment of breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, fruit, and yogurt - much of which is locally sourced. If that’s not enough, you can opt for eggs cooked to order from locally raised hens. Really I have nothing but good things to say about Villa Verde, and highly recommend.

Salzburg finest

Villa Verde is a very nice, modern and clean B&B. The B&B is located in a quiet part of Salzburg. The accommodation has a spacious parking lot on its grounds. We had grapes and water in the room as a welcome gift. We were very pleased with that. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a sufficient number of towels. The communication with the accommodation is excellent. The owner is absolutely wonderful, funny, he prepares eggs to order for breakfast and it is obvious that he enjoys this job. Staying in this B&B was an amazing experience. As soon as we are back in Salzburg, we will stay here again.

A Comfortable Leafy Salzburg Suburban Stay

Villa Verde is a modem, comfortable venue in the leafy suburbs of Salzburg. The old town is easily walkable from this location which also has free on site parking. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, providing advice tips and lovely eggs for breakfast. A great stay and we’d certainly love to return.

We stayed at Villa Verde in Oct 2023 for 2 nights. It was such an enjoyable experience. Alex and Iris were incredibly helpful and accomodating hosts. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different options available. The room was clean and cute- and they had options for reusing towels daily which was great. Also walking distance into city center which was great for our daily activities. We would absolutely recommend Villa Verde to anyone making a trip to Salzburg!

Excellent choice, quiet area, close to airpoet bus No10 stop, bus 22 if prefer not to do the easy 10 minute walk. Email Iris for any clarification. Hosts are a delight, warm, helpful, welcoming, Alex preoares a perfect adequate breakfast selection. The rooms are clean, flowers, water, a choc on pillow, soft fluffy towels, & delightful bathroom amenities. Villa Verde is a ideal & delightful option 4 your stay in salzburg. They provide a excellent idiot-proof tourist map to!
