I am giving 1 star because the employees of the hotel are kind. As soon as we entered the room there was a dead cockroach on top of the sink. The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. The tv in the new room worked, but there was a cockroach running around the room (also caught on video!) and when my daughter took a shower the entire bathroom flooded. We had to ask someone to fix it. It was the first shower in the "new"bathroom. The next day they closed the swimming pool with no previous notice. I am not even going to talk about the food. Very bad food. Not even the French fries. You can see the oil is old. One of the highlights of hotels in Brazil are the breakfast, not in this hotel. No fresh fruits, very low variety of options. I am very glad that we left when we did. A horrible, horrible, experience.

Alguns pecadinhos

O hotel tem uma localização e vista incríveis. Tem otima estrutura. Atendimento impecável. No entanto, o bar da piscina deixou muito a desejar, não tinha varios ingredientes e equipamentos quebrados que impediam a realização de varios pratos. Elevadores quebrados causando filas dos hospedes e demoras para subir e descer. Barulho de consertos muito cedo e a internet era um desastre.

O hotel está decadente, antigo e datado. Ótima localização e equipe atenciosa, mas em pessimo estado de conservação! Tivemos barulho de reforma no quarto ao lado, nos 2 primeiros dias e após reclamação fomos mudados para outro andar, mas ainda assim ouvimos barulhos de furadeira durante todos os 06 dias da nossa estada. Todo prédio parece estar em reforma porém não fomos avisados quando fizemos a reserva.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, tem algumas facilidades por perto como mercadinhos, farmácia, padaria etc, bem como está próximo a diversos pontos turísticos da cidade. Tem uma área de lazer muito legal com um pier que te leva direto ao mar. Porém, é um hotel antigo, quarto precisa de algumas manutenções, o banheiro não tem box, é uma cortina de plástico e que deixou o banheiro alagado depois do banho. O blackout do quarto não é tão bom, deixa muita claridade entrar pela lateral. A cama é muito confortável. O processo de check in foi demorado, tinha apenas um recepcionista e pelo visto parecia ser novato. Levei 40 minutos para conseguir realizar o check in porque o funcionário atendeu pessoas que chegaram depois de mim, não soube identificar o pagamento da minha reserva que já tinha sido feito diretamente pelo hotéis.com e ele informou que como minha reserva foi feita de última hora eu teria que esperar o quarto sendo que já tinha passado do horário de check in. Precisam melhorar esse atendimento da recepção. No mais, tem hotéis melhores e com preço parecido na região

Insatisfatória

Tive uma experiência bastante insatisfatória durante minha estadia neste hotel. Embora alguns funcionários sejam atenciosos e prestativos, infelizmente o atendimento no restaurante deixou muito a desejar, com pouca disposição e até mesmo má vontade por parte da equipe em atender os hóspedes. O serviço de quarto também foi deficiente, apresentando demora e falta de eficiência, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto. O café da manhã foi outro ponto negativo: opções muito limitadas, reposição lenta e qualidade aquém do esperado para um hotel desta categoria. A situação dos elevadores é igualmente crítica. São apenas três para atender a um prédio de 24 andares, o que torna a espera longa e desgastante, principalmente nos horários de pico, como no início da manhã e no final da tarde. Esse problema gera desconforto diário e impacta diretamente a experiência da hospedagem. Apesar de haver funcionários que se esforçam para oferecer um bom atendimento, a má vontade observada no restaurante e a precariedade da infraestrutura fazem com que a estadia não corresponda às expectativas. O hotel necessita de melhorias urgentes em sua estrutura e em seus serviços para realmente oferecer a qualidade que anuncia.
