"What a gem! Truly one of my all-time favorite stays at this charming, comfortable hotel that is perfectly situated. From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed. Loved the room's layout and balcony. Loved the sitting areas in the lobby and courtyard. Loved the breakfast buffet, the meal we had midday, and the endless water/tea/coffee/ice cream available in the lobby. And that pool! How lovely to come back from a hot and humid activity and spend a few hours lazing and lounging by the water.
Location can't be beat -- right across the street from the astounding Wat Prah Singh, convenient to all Old City explorations on foot, and within the boundary for all the tours that do pick-ups.
The staff are uniformly wonderful. Smiles all around, friendly help with whatever we needed, attentive housekeeping. Special mention to Nut at the front desk -- so good at his job, and always ready with a greeting. He noticed that my husband is using knee braces and immediately offered to switch us to a downstairs room (there's no elevator). We didn't need that but we certainly appreciated how proactive his offer was.
