The customer service was awesome! The rooms were clean and cozy! So grateful for the ability to have 5 of us in one room with a pull out couch as so many affordable hotels seemed to not have that. The pool was cool but not cold which was so nice! And the hot tub was nice and hot! Breakfast had a great variety of yummy options. Would 100% stay again!

Took a small two night family vacation (5 total persons) Pros: - delicious breakfast, much appreciation to the woman cooking. There was a big crowd both days and she kept the food coming. -staff was friendly and helpful - clean surrounding neighborhood, seemed like a lot of hotels grouped in area so no real problems with theft or suggestible random people walking around. - pool -clean room Cons: - only one small elevator for the 3 story building. Maybe fits 7 people max, 4 with luggage.Slow waiting if you need the elevator. You can take the stairs but they are placed at the end of both hallways so if your room is in the middle of the hallway you have to Walk all the way to the end or chance the elevator. - key cards kept glitching, had to go down twice to get into room. -one ice maker for whole hotel down by main office.

Check in at 2am was a breeze, place was very clean rooms spacious and beds comfortable. My only complaint was that there were no pillows or blankets for the fold out sofa in the room and we were too tired to call down as we only had time to sleep for 4 hours and dealt with it. Breakfast was full and clean. Great place for a quick stop or longer!

The property is a little outdated and the floors in both common areas as well as the room were very stained and dirty. With that said the front desk were very kind and helpful. The room size was great for all 5 of us.

For the most part our stay was fine, but there were no pool towels and when we asked for some, it took almost 30 minutes to get any. The pool area was not as clean as we are used to. The pool floor was dirty and used towels were all over, but nothing bad enough for us to not use the hot tub. Other than that, we have no complaints, the location was conveniently located near the mall and placed to eat.
