The bed was wobbly and the AC/ Heater made alot of noises. Hall ways smelled bad. I know its probably cause the dogs. Other than that the staff was nice.
It is close to family and sites we visit together.

The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and the mall and gas station .. the place was okay my fist room that I got the lights on the bathroom didn't work but when I told the front dest they offer switch room the place it okay is Affordable the room was clen. The staff was very friendly
All furniture was damaged and worn out. Carpet had melted. Couldn't turn fridge on. pervasive odors and grafitti carved throughout property. Front desk is only open 10am-10pm.
Staff was nice and very helpful when canceling the rest of my stay.
Drove in from Cedar City Utah for the Travel RV Show. Easy check-in, room as shown on line. Clean, comfortable, dog friendly and good parking. Great location, close to everything. Everyone of the staff were friendly.

Clean & comfortable
It was clean & comfortable. Surprised by the price it wasn't a bit more updated as far as the kitchen went.
Our first time at this hotel chain. Check in was smooth and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. I didn’t expect the kitchen to be bare, not a cup, pot, plate, and no coffee maker. It was a great place to stay for the price, and with the dogs. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk.
The staff was amazing but the property was dirty and the room was mediocre at best. If I wasn’t so tired and didn’t have a dog I wouldn’t have stayed there…
Everything went smoothly and the staff was friendly. WiFi was good and was able to get my work done in comfort,

This is a long-term stay location. It has an adequate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There are 2 small desks with good chairs. But, if you are planning to cook or serve food, there are no dishes or pots or silverware of any kind. If you want coffee, or a shampoo, or conditioner, you have to bring it. The staff are great, and moved us when we noticed noise coming from next door.
Staff was amazing, very helpful & friendly. The cleanliness and condition of the room was sub par. There was garbage from the last occupants, the microwave wasn’t clean and the stove didn’t function properly.

The staff was absolutely amazing! My room felt like no one had stepped in it for quite some time, there were toiletries missing (no toilet paper) and the blanket was more of a second sheet and i was cold all night… but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out, especially because i got in around midnight with 2 kids and checking in was a struggle- made better by her. :) I can’t say that this would be my first or second choice stay in the future though.

Decent place to stay/Elevator broken
Stay was good. We had individuals in hallway talking loud after 10p. Elevator worked for taking luggage to room. Next morning it was not working, under maintenance sign was put up. Upon leaving it was very difficult to walk downstairs when you're handicap. Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. Not great if you are traveling with children.
Overall had an old, worn, grimy feel (I wouldn’t have stayed her with my family, but it was a solo business trip so ok whatever it was a financially driven selection and good enough). Then the boiler stopped working and the building had no hot water. I left and didn’t stay the second night of the reservation.
Heat/cool register not working at all. Floors under beds and behind furniture was dirty! Empty bottles and toys from previous pets under and behind furniture. Nice outside picnic area if you overlooked the overflowing trash cans. All outside trash cans were full when we arrived and still full 3 days later. Did not feel completely safe during stay

Basic amenities with kitchenette.
Basic amenities, with kitchenette. Refrigerator, microwave, full size fridge and two hotplates. Extended Stay is worn and not a new as it once was. This used to be my favorite place to stay. I had a quiet room and felt safe walking in and out of the building and parking lot. Hand soap provided was nice, the bar soap for the shower/bath had a unpleasant odor. I would suggest an additional luggage cart. There was only one available and was being used by a long term guest who was changing rooms. This was during the early evening hours when guests were checking in and made it inconvenient for other guests. Continental breakfast is coffee and granola bars. Adding fresh fruit would of been nice.
The outdoor arears are clean and thete is a nice shady area to walk dogs around the main building. Thats where it ends! The inside of the building is VERY run down to say the least. It only gets worse when you get to the room. The first room we were given had not been cleaned or someone was still in it. The second room had been made up but was far from clean. The sheets had yellow stains. The counter tops are peeling. There were finger prints on everything! The closet shelf is hanging half off the wall and there were so many crumbs and pieces of food and debris under the bed it looked like a 10 year old buffet. The free breakfast consisted of a packaged muffin and coffee in a thermos. The only positives I have to mention are the freeway accessibility and the nightime front desk girl is extremely nice and welcoming.
