FAKE REVIEW. This guest had to leave 3 days early for a family emergency and demanded their money back. Although Expedia's policy says no refunds, we said we would go above and beyond and try to find someone else to stay there so this guest could get a partial refund. That wasn't good enough for them, so they made up lies like in their review. Totally dishonest person. I wish I could name people in my responses so they'd be more likely to leave honest reviews.
