Staff was great,room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Breakfast was well stocked. Lighting for reading could have been better. Discount for dinner at mr.mikes is an added bonus. Would book again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
The breakfast was very good and the staff member who served was very helpful. The front desk staff were also very helpful.
Only small complaint would be the bathroom light and noisy fan came on together.

At checking in when I ask if there is another room(ground floor or close by room) available due to my leg problem. I was told that’s the only room they have available. After I turn in for the night ready for bed I notice there is a big sinking hole in the middle of the mattress. After I remove the cover the mattress looks older than me. Very uncomfortable! I called front desk suddenly they have room available and offer to move me at 11:16pm after a long day drive. Not impressed not happy.

I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us. At the time you requested a different room, there might not have been another available and as the evening went on availability can change due to cancellations. Please note with prior notice we could have worked to find you a more suitable room. When booking with Expedia you can request such things as lower floor rooms.
SureStay has become our go to hotel for Salmon Arm, the best service and location for the price and excellent service.

Great Hotel, within a short hop from Hwy 1 on the Western Side of Salmon Arm.
Great Accommodations at a Great Price Compared to the other options in town.
Convenient location and ample parking even for larger vehicles

The shower wasnt draining probably and the knob to pull to start the shower was very difficult to pull.

Plumbing could hear others showers go on and off. Outside gargage can over flowing . Handy location to everything though.

Nice hotel! Room was clean and had a comfy bed. It was a great breakfast in the morning. Only downfall was we heard the train at night which was pretty loud in my room. Our room was close to the tracks
Property was clean service is good and aside from being may be 100 feet from the railway tracks that ran all the trains ran all night. It was very quiet. I only heard the train go by this morning when I went to my truck and and departed so it was a great stay.
