Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Very clean room! Great features like a sound machine, ceiling fans, and a fireplace made the room feel like home.

Hotel Phillips
I had expected the living room to have a pull out couch bc it was listed in the description but was disappointed to find the only bed being the one in the bedroom. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable.
