B and B “Boutique Epocha” is a lovely and quiet oasis in the sea of madness that is the busy city of Salerno. The host is extremely helpful and the breakfast food is very good including some home-baked items. So lucky to have found such a great place!

Conveniently located just outside palermos historic area and teatro massimo, with plenty of dining and shopping is just steps away. Our host Marcello was so nice and accomodating even offering to drive us to the airport. Would recommend and would stay again!

The description is a bit misleading. The place itself is nice but hard to find at first. It’s a 8-10 min walk from the port and the station. It’s located centrally and the little pizza restaurant at the bottom of the building is delicious. You are sharing the common area with other people, like if you’re living in a dorm. You have your room and attached bathroom but the living space is shared. The breakfast in the morning is good and quick and it’s a clean place. The host is nice as well.

Great spot, parking is tricky and expensive.

Parking is tough, it’s in a restricted area but the location is great once you’re settled. We had motorbikes and luggage so we got fined for being in that area without knowing ahead of time. We parked in a parking garage at the tip of the gentleman (whom was awesome) checking us in and were told $5 and we ended up paying $36. Feel taken advantage of on that regard so word to the wise - come in a taxi or on foot. Beautiful spot, lovely check-in, clean and very cute.

This place is wonderful! The host is the best, very helpful and accomodating! We arrived late and he was sure to be there to greet us, plus stored our bags while we went on a boat tour the day we checked out. Beautiful pottery and light fixtures made by his artist wife. Very clean, modern, comfortable room in a great location. Very walkable with tons of restaurants and shops around, and close to the main street next to the water. Close to the train and bus stations and the Molo Manfredi port. Typical Italian breakfast (bread and jam, pastries, and coffee) which were a tasty start to the day. Be warned there are a few steps up to the B&B, but it wasn't bad. A great place to stay in Salerno, I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely B&B

Let me start by saying that Emiliano was really the best! Hotels.com messed up my reservation and only put it down as 1 guest instead of 3. When we arrived the reserved room was only good for 1 person. Emiliano quicky called the owner and they prepared a bigger room, which thankfully was available, and they fixed what hotels.com messed up. Obviously, they did charge me an additional cost for the additional person but we negotiated and they gave me a very reasonable price considering the holiday season. The room was beautiful. Bathroom had everything you would find in a regular hotel. They spoiled the guests with complimentary water, coffee and tea, snacks and fruits available at all times. My only issue was... that the place its on a 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Emiliano kindly helped us with our luggage when we arrived but since we left so early in the morning on the day of check out, we had to deal with the luggage ourselves. Lol. The easiest way to get there from the train station is via taxi. Make sure they leave you right in front of the building. The streets are norrow but cars do manage to drive through. When we took our taxi from the train station, he left us on a main st and told us to walk down the alley. It was a very long, hard walk on cobbled streets specially if you have luggage. They typically charge €15. Thankfully, Emiliano gave me a taxi phone number and when we left, they picked us up right in front of the building. I recommend this B&B. 10/10

Mycket bra.

Salerno är en mysig liten stad, här bor du i dom gamla kvarteren och har nära till restauranger och caféer. WI-FI funkar och det finns espresso, jos samt frukt.

Deberian publicar que hay que subir muchas escaleras de piedra gastada no aptas para personas mayores ni cardíacas. El desayuno es muy pobre y escaso. Y para el check in no hay nadie esperando. Hay que comunicarse con el dueño que en nuestro caso llegó tarde y con muy poca voluntad para ayudarnos.

Leia com atenção avaliação sincera antes de decidir. O que não está claro no anúncio: -O hotel fica em um calçadão. Não há acesso por nenhum transporte, então fique atento á acessibilidade. -É bastante difícil achar, os números da rua não seguem uma ordem. Chegamos a noite com chuva e foi bem complicado. Procure o museu virtual da escola de medicina, no fundo do recuo há um portão de madeira e dentro dele um Cortille. O hotel fica nesse local. - Fica no segundo andar sem elevador, pelo menos 4 lances grandes de escada, descoberto. Chegamos com uma mala muito grande e precisamos deixar no carro. Não teve como subir. Atenção a esse ponto se tiver problema de mobilidade, idosos ou malas grandes. - Escolhemos o quarto com vista para a cidade. A vista era para um quintal. Não condizente com o anúncio. Pontos positivos e negativos: - Difícil de achar👎 - Acessibilidade bem ruim com escada e área descoberta 👎 - Equipe de atendimento de check in muito atenciosa 👍 - Depois de vencer a "chegada" o apto é reformado, bastante agradável e limpo 👍 - Banheiro amplo, bom chuveiro, boa rouparia e mobília👍 - Itens de higiene pessoal de qualidade razoável. Não compatível com hotel boutique 👎 - Super central, acesso fácil a área histórica, muitas lojas e restaurantes perto 👍 - Café da manhã incluído, com itens industrializados, não há pães frescos, queijo, ovos... Tudo de "saquinho". Ok para estadia curta. Mas oferece café e chá de boa qualidade.

Top B&B, das beste was wir in der Reise bekommen haben. Der Besitzer super, das Zimmer wie 5 Sterne Hotel . Ich kann es nur empfehlen, frühstücken ist immer Ländersache , viele Süßigkeiten , 15 Minuten von Bahnhof entfernt. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.
