The staff are exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. We had a problem with our original suite, so we were immediately offered an alternative suite and a complimentary buffet meal in the hotel restaurant. Our suite was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and there was plenty of hot water. The food and shop outlets in the resort were very good. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice hotel in Salalah

We booked 2 rooms for our family. The rooms were spacious, beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was good. Wi-FI was fast. The area outside the hotel was also very good with many cafes, shops, padel court and big swimming pool. However, the best thing was staff and service. All our requests were met with friendly attitude and solved promptly. We had late flight and we were allowed to keep our rooms until 6PM with extra charge. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Good location, there are many cafe shops and restaurants within the building Free carpark in the basement Very decent size outdoor swimming pool for hotel guests Free shuttle bus to the beach Decent size room size - Breakfast is good but without too much imagination, same repeatative items, very limited selection of cold cuts. There is no coffee! You can make instant coffee. Seriously? In a 4star hotel? Check in was fast and staff was overall friendly. We had major issues with the cleanliness. After showering I have noticed brown stains on the bottom tiles inside the shower. I honestly did not want to get a closer look what it was but it was dark brown... Grouts between the tiles are discoloured, had an orange / yellow colour. Scales on the tiles, inside the shower and by the toilet at the bottom. I complained to reception got offered to move to another room. We didnt want to move and asked to get the room properly cleaned addressing the issues I highlighted. It was more or less done. Sofa is uncomfortable, you sink in when you sit down, found old food left overs, bread crumbs between the sofa. We had no hot water to shower on the first 2 days, appeared on day 3. Bolt inside the door is broken! Ypu cannot close the door from inside. Safe is not screwed to the furniture, pretty pointless. This place has so much potential and could be so much better but let down mainly by staff. Management should do much better on checking standards at every aspect of the hotel.

The overall experience was very good and calue for money is good (considering the other 5 stars rates). Beds and rooms are spacious and good. However, the bathrooms are not very comfortable specially the bathtub when showering, water keeps coming out and the bathroom becomes messy. Breakfast buffet is good with decent variety. Also, the hotel has a big swimming pool and playground (indoo&outdoor) for kids. The hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops and close by to Grand mall of salalah (30 mins walk)

Meravigliosa Salalah

La camera era molto grande, con divano e letto molto comodi, bagno grande e finestra con vista sul giardino e la piscina. La colazione molto abbondante sia dolce che salata con uova, waffel e pancake preparati al momento. Il personale molto gentile con una persona che parlava anche italiano. Bus navetta per la spiaggia gratuito e ad orari fissi. Servizio in spiaggia con lettini asciugamani, toilette, acqua, thè, caffè tutto compreso nel prezzo della camera. Le spiagge a Salalah sono meravigliose. Molti negozi e ristoranti intorno all'hotel con vicino un grande supermercato e il salalah grand mail .
