"The check-in process; it requires you to access to the internet (WiFi) or strong mobile phone signals in order to activate the digital keys (to open the gate & your room). My phone has very weak signals and unable to open the link to the hotel website for directions/instructions to the digital keys .... To make the matter worse; the hotel only sends you the above inf. at 16:00 on the date of your arrival and no sooner; in my case, by the luck of the draw, they forgot to send it to me on time. ...

Das Hotel ist im Inneren jedoch absolut modernisiert, alles sehr sauber und ordentlichund deshalb absolut empfehlenswert. Bei Vollbelegung stösst der Parkplatz jedoch an seine Kapazizätsgrenze."

"Nice hot and cold breakfast selection. Eggs, bacon, hams, cheeses, fresh breads, fruit, cereals, yogurts. Delicious cappuccinos and juices. Lovely staff during our breakfasts there."

"Hotel veraltet, überall fleckiger Teppichboden. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert aber tropft. Vom Dachfenster kamen schwarze Brösel auf das Bett runter. Fernseher war defekt. Frühstück sehr einfach wenig Auswahl. Kinderstühle waren schmutzig."

"Positives- good communication and good quality of information about check in, access and parking. Great location with easy walking access to riverside and city centre. Effective plug in fan (no air conditioning). Downsides - poor shower (useless showerhead and water over floor). Noisy, could hear traffic even with window closed overnight. Had to have the fan on most of the time as room was hot."
