"Terrible. There was shaved hair in our sink. The sink was stopped up. Hair on the bed. Outlets did not work. Blood (yes blood) on the door. We spoke after our initial entry to the front desk person about our sink not working, and she could not care less. "

"My heater did not work at all and the window wouldn't shut and it was snowing with high winds and when I tried to get someone to fix it or switch rooms they blew me off and then when my brother got in town I was told I couldn't have a guest even though I paid for a double room and was alone
