It’s rare to encounter staff who are not only excellent at what they do, but who also make you feel truly valued as a guest—Yann and Naoimie embody that perfectly.
The Concierge service at Aura Anse Marcel deserves its own round of applause. Every recommendation and reservation was flawless—from booking incredible restaurants and beach clubs to arranging reliable, stress-free car service. Because we were staying at Aura, we were treated exceptionally well everywhere we went. "We have enjoyed our time at Anse Marcel Cove Suites. Seems like the everything was brand new and stylishly decorated with full kitchen but no bathtub. There is no pool onsite but the beach is steps away. You have access to the restaurants and beach bar of the five star Anse Marcel hotel where we rented a car as well. Ryan was very helpful with logistics and Jasmine was our fabulous driver with a clean, VIP-approved black SUV for airport transfers. Highly recommended!"
