"Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅"

"The rooms in the zoologie wing were massive as they were in the old historical building. It had bare brick walls, tall ceilings and large windows. The toilet had a quirky cistern and even though the shower room was a huge glass cubicle it didn't take up any unnecessary space. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The bar area was large due to being in the same wing as our bedroom. Lots of light flooded the room. It had comfy colourful furniture which we used whilst...
