Hotel is just minutes from the ferry port by taxi and the boardwalk along the beach is within walking distance. Waterfront view from the breakfast room is gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Property is undergoing renovation to make entry more wheelchair accessible, but side entry is quite navigable.

The hotel is located on the seafront and has outstanding views over the sea. It is an 15 minute walk to the old town. Our prestige room was quite well equipped but rather tired. The decor belonged in the 1980s. Cleanliness could have been better. There is a bright breakfast area and the choices on offer were very good.

A 4 star hotel between town centre and the historic part of St Malo, right on the sea front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The standard twin room was a good size and the bathroom was large by hotel standards.

Absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect with the beach across the street and easy access to the Intra-Muros while also being quiet. It was so inexpensive for what we got, absolutely blown away!

Great location, waterfront views, spotless hotel.

Very friendly staff. Great location on the waterfront. Rooms where cleaned daily, not ridiculously early which was good. Breakfast catered for all hot, cold, cereal etc. Great selection. Cosy, comfy stylish decor in lobby. Rooms great large size with everything you needed.

The sheets were not changed when we checked in, but the bed was made. Additionally carpet not vacuumed. Bed was not firm. Hotel overall was nice but could use some double checking after housecleaning.

The welcoming wasn't good, you'll think that you're disturbing the front desk guy. He didn't explain anything, just gave us the key and told us on what floor. The room was very small without a fridge nor minibar. The only good thing was the view.

Bon hôtel. Attention à la chambre

C’était très bien en général avec un petit hic sur les changements de chambre car la première n’était pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel - dommage. N’acceptez surtout pas une chambre au rez de chaussée. Pas au niveau.

Globalement satisfaisant, la localisation étant le gros point positif avec la vue depuis la chambre. Un peu inégal pour le reste, certains équipements milieu de gamme / premium appréciables, mais en dessous d’un vrai 4 étoiles. Le service et l’accueil sont parfois trop limites, manque de petit équipement de confort dans la chambre

Un bon 2 étoiles

Chambre très petite et peu équipée pour un 4*, pas de mini bar, gobelets en carton, salle de bain minuscule, les toilettes devant la sortie de douche. Il fait une chaleur incroyable dans la chambre malgré le fait que nous ayons baissé la ventilation au minimum, nous avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre en plein mois de février… Nous avons très mal dormi. Niveau confort, nous aurions préféré un lit double plutôt que 2 lits simples accolés. Encore une fois nous attendions autre chose d’un 4*. Ne parlons pas des tâches suspectes sur la couverture de lit… Enfin je pense qu’en 2025 on peut espérer avoir une tv connectée ou au moins canal +. Heureusement que le personnel rattrape les choses et a toujours été aux petits soins, merci à eux.

Très bon séjour. Hôtel bien situé. Pas suffisamment de places de stationnement et à un coût trop cher. Chambre un peu petite, une seule chaise. Table très petite. Douche de la chambre ok. Peu d'emplacements de rangement. Bon sauna, mais douche en. panne au sauna.

Ce Mercure ne dispose pas du standard habituel d’un hôtel Mercure… Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre , chambre sans âme et vieillotte , salle de bain avec une douche sans pression, buffet petit déjeuner tristounet avec peu de produits locaux … Nous ne reviendrons pas…

Mi estadia en Saint malo

El hotel esta bien, cerca de la ciudad amurallada, algo viejo en su condición, pero vimos que ya están remodelando algunas habitaciones. Pero me he quedado en mejores hoteles Mercure.
