Vraiment bof

Ce n’est pas la qualité d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Plus de bouilloire avec thé et infusion dans la chambre. Repas servi sur place très très moyen (même moi à la maison je cuisine mieux). Embouteillages au petit déjeuner, personnel dans le jus. Séjour vraiment très très bof. J’ai préféré la qualité de l’hôtel 2 étoile de la veille, n’appartenant pas au groupe accord.

Ça aurait pu être un séjour agréable et confortable à un bon rapport qualité/prix mais la très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres était malheureusement du voyage : couloir qui résonne beaucoup, mais surtout, bruits des chambres mitoyennes omniprésents (on entend les douches, chasses d’eau, bruit de pas et pire, des conversations des voisins, même sans agitation...). Plutôt irritant et stressant, dommage.

je ne recommande pas du tout

Confort des lits médiocres chez ibis en général. le surmatelas tout mou est nul. aucun soutien du dos. Pour une réservation avec un chambre lit double, j'avais 2 petits lits rapprochés qui s'écartaient lorsque je dormais au milieu. Les oreillers n'ont aussi aucun maintien trop mou. La bouffe était vraiment pas bonne. Même pour un simple steak haché pâtes, c'était dégueulasse. :Steak surgelé (surement décongelé au micro-ondes) trop cuit alors que j'avais demandé saignant. Je ne raconte pas les autres repas mais c'etait pareil Pour le petit dej même pas une tranche de jambon ou bacon. un buffet sans plus. bref je ne recommande pas du tout. En plus j'y étais pour 4 nuits en soirée étape (juste plat+dessert) le prix c'est se moquer du monde.. pour finir, la salle de repas ressemble à une cantine, avec le bruit de la TV et lors du petit dej. , en même temps que la TV, il y avait la musique qui hurlait. Vraiment pas idéal pour un réveil en douceur. ma réservation en soirée étape a été mal retransmise par hotels.com. lors du check in il n'avait pas l'info que j'étais en pension complète si je n'avais pas eu mon tel lors du check out, j'aurai du repayer les repas et petit dej. du coup le checj out a duré au moins 25 mn. je suis finalement arrivé en retard chez mon client franchement TRES TRES DECU
