What made my stay especially memorable, however, was the exceptional service. particularly from the receptionist, Suleyman Civan Taner. Suleyman went above and beyond in every possible way. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and genuine care for guests are truly rare. From a seamless check-in to ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect, he demonstrated an incredible level of dedication. He was always attentive, respectful, and ready to assist with a smile, making me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely valued. It’s people like Suleyman who transform a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. His outstanding service, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence deserve special recognition. It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!
