When I voiced my concerns, they do not take criticism, they started to blame my kids in their response, which shows how much they care about their customer relations.
Wifi didnt work in rooms.
Bracelets are not accepted on all facilities, still need to carry your bracelets and your card.
Even small amenities like iron, tooth paste/brush... are cost extra.

"Renaissance Polat Istabul is our home away from home. It is one of the best hotels in the best area of Istanbul. Amazing staff and special appreciation for Gizem hanim and Oguzhan at Reception for attentiveness and great customer service. Recognizing them as well as Serdar bey (luggage services and everything else for our guest needs ) and Yunus bey (breakfast/dining) as well as Burak bey supervisor for special attention and guest pleasing actions. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
