We would stay there again. The staff answered all our questions and the room was very clean. Curtains in our room didn't close completely allowing daylight in room. Breakfast was usual hotel choices but ran out of eggs.

The lady's that worked the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean as well. The hallways and the lobby were about 648° though. Other then that it was a good experience

This room was a completely pleasant surprise. The outside of the building appears a little sketchy, but the lobby, room, and courtyard were all in great, clean condition! The hotel is definitely older, but for the price, ease of check-in and out, kind staff, and shear size of the room it is more than worth it. Our room had two queen beds with enough space in between them that we could have put a third bed there! AND a kitchenette and dining table and a vanity area outside of the bathroom. I think my first apartment was smaller! The mattresses are all sealed and the bed linens very fresh. No signs whatsoever of critters. Parking was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Saginaw.

Only positive comment is that the Check in staff was friendly and helpful. This is a terrible hotel. Carpet was filthy and wavy in the room and throughout the hallway and elevator. Vanity faucet did not function properly. Bathroom was clean fortunately. At 9:10 AM they were out of eggs, waffle batter and utensils at the food area. Breakfast attendant ignored request to bring more batter. Cookies were burnt, cold cereal dispenser was complicated and inefficient to dispense cereal, coffee was disgusting so I threw it away. Do not recommend anyone staying here no matter how cheap the rate! I’ll never stay here again!!!
