"The staff was very helpful, however, housekeeping was not doing their job correctly. I checked in on October 24th, the bedsheets were not changed, and i know because there was rice on the bed. I called front desk the next day ( by the way it was my bday), because the table with the coffee machine on it, was dirty, stained, and the coffee machine was also nasty. Housekeeping came, changed towels, made the bed without changing the sheets, did not clean well, and did not touch the coffee table. After a few minutes, a young lady came by( unfortunately i did not ask her name, she was amazing), she asked me about the coffee machine, and she asked immediately to replace the coffee machine. She was told that they do not have more coffee machine in stock. She took the coffee machine, and she washed it very thoroughly herself, brought back the machine, changed sugar, creamer and and the cups, because the ones i received during check in was dirty and full of sugar. Props to the young lady for doing her work, and to the "gentleman" who told her, that she was not her boss, just because she asked her to do his job; he needs to go home for being lazy."

"It’s a nice hotel overall, but these are a few details future guests may want to keep in mind: early check-in comes with an extra charge, there’s no taxi service, and the shuttle doesn’t operate at 5 a.m. The room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly."

"Clean room, lodges are GREAT proximity to anything on the island!!! The dive shop and beaches were great to work with, and rental equipment was very reasonable. The restaurants were top notch, only left the property to explore the beaches, lots of shore dives and hidden gems!!!"

"We had an amazing week in Curacao, and the Marazul Dive Resort was the perfect place for us to call home! The view of the ocean from the grounds is incredible and we had amazing sunsets all week long. The atmosphere around the resort is very relaxing and lounging by the pool each evening was one of the highlights of our trip. The two ocean access points were great for a quick snorkel, and there was a lot of sea life to look at. We saw squids, octopus and even some jumping fish hunting in the evening. The apartment was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook some of our meals. The A/C was great to cool off in the evening/night. The steps leading up to our loft bedroom were a little tricky, and the ceiling height was a little bit too low for us (6ft+ tall) but we managed and it didn't affect our enjoyment of the space. We can't wait to come back to Curacao again, and we will definitely look to stay at Marazul Dive Resort when we do! Thanks so much for the lovely stay!"

"The property is beautiful Great parking great security It was not good to have to get out of the pool to walk up and down flights of stairs to the hotel bar to get drinks, there were no servers and who wants to get our of the pool The same issue at the beach, the servers did come by "infrequently" to get a drink order, I don't want to get in and out of the ocean to go get my own drinks The hotel breakfast was very very good and service The hotel restaurants were average and not high quality in my opinion The rooms were pristine and it's very quiet and relaxing We enjoyed the hotel cocktail happy hour night and the gentlemen playing the music"
The Jazmyn - Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort

"I had a great experience at Blue Bay specifically The Jazmyn. It was exactly what I wanted and matched the pictures perfectly. If you are looking for a an entire home with privacy and relaxing atmosphere then this is a great place to book. Personally, I found it to be in a great location and not to far from our activities. I do recommend renting a car btw. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!"
