"We spent a week here as a family of five (kids ages 7.14 and 17) and unfortunately would not return. Despite advertising 15 pools, there is nowhere to escape the constant noise. Loud music, water aerobics and entertainment play throughout the day, right up until 11pm and can be heard across much of the resort. Even the water park has music blasting all day. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is not the place.
Our biggest issue was cleanliness. On arrival our room had clearly not been cleaned...

"Un lieu rare, où l’on se sent accueilli avec une attention vraiment personnalisée, presque sur-mesure. Le service est digne d’un hôtel de grand standing, tout en gardant la chaleur, la finesse et la discrétion d’une maison confidentielle.
Chaque détail semble pensé pour que le séjour soit fluide, agréable et reposant : l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité des espaces, l’ambiance générale… tout donne envie de revenir.
Honnêtement, on aurait presque envie de garder cette adresse...

"Ants/bees/birds everywhere
Staff not helpful just kept saying ok ok what room number and nothing was ever done about any complaint."

"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless.
They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful.
However…..
Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered.
It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"What not to like at Les Deux Tours? In my opinion this is the best hotel in Marrakech. Top top top, Top customer service, Top cleanliness, Top design, Top atmosphere…

"We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But...
