"We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed! The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic!...

"Solid four star hotel in a great location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Quick check in. Bar staff and those around pool friendly and so glad they enforce the no sun bed reservations. Pool is a good size and never seemed too busy. Room was spacious, modern and clean, plenty of room for a family of three. Good little kitchen area which is well stocked. "This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect....
