"Stayed overnight with my husband and 2 kids. Didnt find out there was a $34 charge to park in the hotel parking lot, which smells like a sewer and lingers into the elevator. Our room seemed ok at first but after a few minutes saw all the lamp shades were cracked and broken and a hanging light was hanging by its wires also the phone didn't work. We went to the heated indoor pool and it was so cold in the room and the water was freezing.. we could only stay in for a bit because besides from being freezing it was packed.. we left our room again later to go to a store off site and realized our door didn't actually lock and was unlocked the whole time at the pool. Took 1 hour for a maintenance guy to come who said he couldn't fix it and finally at 10pm they gave us another room. After moving all our stuff we noticed the heat was on 90° and we were melting and the security door lock inside Didnt really latch very well but the deadbolt worked. Later we made some popcorn in the microwave and when we grabbed it out after cooking a tiny cockroach crawled out and under the counter. The next morning another bigger cockroach was crawling around in the bathtub.. We went the buffet breakfast and made to order food was good but the already made eggs and French toast was really gross. We won't be staying there again. "

"Please avoid this hotel. I stayed for two nights and paid for a room that supposedly included breakfast, but the “breakfast” was only coffee and tea. There were no basic amenities in the room, not even shampoo for the shower. When I arrived, the lady at the reception desk was busy doing laundry and had no time to handle the check-in. The service and organization were very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here."
