The property itself nice and clean, the staff very friendly..however the water was not hot at all. The door to our room would not shut on its own when we checked in got to the room the door was open so I was skeptical and it looked as if someone had later on the bed, but all was good though! I used the workout facility and it was great!

Easy check in, clean room, convenient for Peach fest. Room was very dark. Desk light broken. Light bulb missing in a fixture. Non working hairdryer, swapped out for another which did not work, finally on next try got a working hair dryer. 2 light bulbs were flickering in fixtures.

The door was open when we first got to the room and The entire room was mess when we got to the room. The pillows looked like someone had laid on them. There were nasty finger prints on the light switches and mirror. Really gross room.

I was quite upset when I was given a double queen room, when I had reserved a King suite. This was not relayed to me at check in, and I found out upon entering my room. One person at the front desk tried to tell me that if we booked third party, then it could be because it was over booked and we basically got booted from our reservation. Then the manager came to tell us that it was because an air conditioner was out and they couldn’t use it. It would have been nice to know up front of any changes that were made to my reservation.

Worst hotel experience we've ever had. My family of 5 stayed 3 nights for a family event. The pool was green. The beds were uncomfortable. They didn't clean our room or take out the trash despite us asking multiple times over 2 days. They never brought new towels. When we asked for new bath towels, they didn't have any, so we were given the small pool towels. Our room phone didn't work so we kept having to walk to the front to talk to them. There is no communication between the day and night staff or if there is they completely ignore requests. The manager was sent an email, acknowledged the email- said she was out of town and she would look into it, and never responded again. We would NOT stay here again even if it was the only hotel left in Ruston!

First room was musty smelling and felt like it had not been cleaned. Asked for a second room, and the bed was completely wrinkled and looked like somebody had slept in it, although it looked like it had been tucked in, but the fitted sheet was barely on the mattress. Asked for a third room and realize that their bed making was just The way they do it. Very wrinkly look … They just don’t iron their sheets and it looks like somebody slept in the bed, but did examine and it was clean. Just uncomfortable.
