"The staff was helpful, however the room was not quite up to par. There’s a crack in the bathroom wall, the tub was dingy. The bathtub wall was spotty. And it was advertised as a microwave and coffee maker and fridge. Only thing in there was a fridge."

"We had a nice stay at Lagonita Lodge for one night. The property is a little older, but it’s well maintained and has a cozy mountain charm with rustic furnishings that fit the Big Bear setting perfectly. The lakefront location is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the lake. The sleeper sofas could use new mattresses, and the bathrooms could benefit from some updating, but overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would stay here again."

"We had a great experience. The lobby looks updated as well as the restaurant. Some of the pool area could use a face lift but otherwise it was great!! Beautiful lake view, and walking distance to a ton of restaurants."
