Didn't like how hard the bed was. Was uncomfortable to sleep in. There was only 2 pillows and when I requested for 2 additional pillows, I was told by the concierge that there was a "pillow shortage" in the hotel and only 1 is free. An additional 1 would cost me 300 TWD. I have never experienced that in a hotel before. Especially when reporting how uncomfortable my sleep had been. So that was a red flag for me. It was only convenient because of the prices and that it was near the subway and Ximending area. An OK hotel in an amazing area. There were no instructions on how to use the ac so having to call down just to figure that out was troublesome as it wasnt something you could troubleshoot on your own. You literally had to point to the ceiling to adjust the temperature. Housekeeping was the best part of our experience there. Polite, thoughtful and very courteous.
