"Stayed overnight in one of the suites, paid a holding deposit of 100 Euros on a debit card. On checkout we settled the bill in full and told the holding deposit wiuld be redunded in the next 7 days. This never happened even after sending 5 emails, direct to the hotel and through this app! I had to ..."

"Lovely host, very helpful. Small rooms but OK. Only problem having room near to stairs it was noisy with people coming in after midnight, not good with a dog."
