Eine etwas in die Jahre gekommene Yacht

Ansonsten hätte diese auch nicht der Callas gehören können Sehr romantisch und nich weit vom Zentrum Rotterdam gelegen

Mooie boot maar onvriendelijke eigenaar

De boot zelf is wel in orde, prima ligging en uitstekend bed. De service was echter onder alles! We reserveerden voor 3 personen. Ik zag ook op mijn blad dat er maar voor 2 personen opstond. Ik had daarvoor op voorhand gebeld maar dat was geen probleem. Bij aankomst moesten we plots 60 euro meer betalen voor 1 extra persoon. Alhoewel er duidelijk op stond : prijs per kamer per nacht. We hebben de eigenaar niet gezien. De 'hostess' moest dit afhandelen. Betaling diende cash te gebeuren. Na onderhandelen was het maar 30 euro extra. Betaalbewijs gingen we de dag erna ontvangen. Ook de volgende dag liet de eigenaar zich niet zien! We hebben nooit een bewijs ontvangen. We besloten er niets meer van te zeggen om ons verblijf niet negatief te starten maar toen we een uurtje nadien belden omdat een medereizigster haar gsm op de boot was vergeten, werden we heel grof aangesproken. Ondanks dat je kon uitchecken tot ten laatste 12u en pas kon inchecken tegen 14u was de kamer zogezegd al verhuurd en kregen we geen toegang meer tot de boot. De 'hostess' heeft gezocht. We houden hier een heel naar gevoel aan over. Op de site staat ook een vermelding van gratis parkeren, dat hebben we niet gekregen. Er is ook vermelding van fietsengebruik, niet gezien! Kamer was echt wel ok maar vooral de manier van doen was onder alles! Lees goed alle kleine lettertjes want we voelden ons echt voor schut gezet! Jammer!

Maria Callas lovers -- you need to stay here!

My wife and I found this place in the middle of a week long trip around the Netherlands and Luxumbourg. This place immediately stood out because it was different (a yacht) and that it had the Maria Callas theme. We really enjoyed the ambience and the fascinating history of (what is now) Willem's yacht. Willem, the owner, is a fascinating story as well. He serves breakfast himself. He gave us some outstanding advice as it concerned the rest of our time touring the country. We strongly encourage people to consider staying here ... if you're looking to break the usual hotel type experience.

What a fabulous yacht. Great people and I would recommend to anyone who is going to Rotterdam. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here.Will be using the yacht again if i go back to the City

bonjour ce fut le pire jour de ma vie car arriver sur place après quatre heures de routes personne pour m accueillir et lorsque hotel.com on contacter le propriétaire il fut très desagreable et ne voulais pas nous accueillir car un retard de 15 minutes et pour trouver le bateau et casse tété car aucun panneaux et des centaines de bateaux alors imaginais le calvaire .

予約を反故にするホテル

予約されて確認番号が届いているのにフロントスタッフから予約を受けていないとのこと。 他の英国からの客を乗せて満員という判断で既に出航するなど、結して安心して利用出来るホテルではありません。 「評価5.0 最高に素晴らしい」などサイトに載せるべきホテルとは言い難いと思います。 是非Expediaから削除することを第二の被害者が出ない様に強く希望します。

Mooi schip met uitstekende serviceverlening door de eigenaar. Goed te bereiken met zowel de auto als het openbaar vervoer. Locatie is gunstig gelegen ten opzichten van het centrum en diverse restaurants.
