Excellent resort to take the children. The obvious attraction being the aqua park the hotel provides which is big enough and fun. Also the proximity to the beach from the hotel was a bonus. An enjoyable experience all round. Food was great too and of a high standard.

Flojo, tanto el hotel como el aquapark

Si vas con enanos y dispuesto a sonreír con lo que venga, perfecto. Si no, ten en cuenta que le sobra una estrella: comida normal, limpieza y habitación justita, el baño horrible, una piscina enana fuera del Aquapark, animación inexistente, con una lanzadera para ir a la playa... han querido tapar dos sillas con un solo culo, y ni el hotel ni el parque acuático están a la altura de la pasta que cuesta. Porque sale por una pasta la broma.

El personal ha sido bastante desagradable. Deben entender que si pago un “todo incluído” es porque mis niños y yo pretendemos consumir . Daba la impresión que cada vez que íbamos a una barra molestábamos. Se paga un incremento importante por el “todo incluido” para que te hagan sentir poco menos que un indigente, y te lo sirvan con una desgana y un desprecio que no lo he visto en mi vida. Tampoco ha habido animación para los niños ni en la piscina ni por las noches. Después de varios años puedo afirmar sin equivocarme que no vuelvo a pisar ese hotel.

It was very noisy. Because of the hotels design, the noise from the lounge/resteraunt area travels up into the hallways and rooms. For those of us that like to go to bed before 10pm, it is very hard to get to sleep.

Excelente para familias con niños.

La experiencia en familia ha ido genial. Cerca de la playa, a 10 minutos a pie y frente a un centro comercial. El personal, de 10. Muy amables. Las instalaciones muy buenas, aunque quizá necesitaría una pequeña renovación. El buffet del desayuno, genial. El de la cena, muy bueno, aunque echaba de menos más variedad de comidas para los niños. El miniclub, excelente, un personal muy atento con los niños y niñas. La cama de la habitación, es el unico defecto que veo...es muy dura...

Le quitaría 3 estrellas, no hay adecuada limpieza y no son pet friendly. No puedes ni comer en una terraza con tu perro. Me grito un empleado en los pasillos por ir con el perro

Recomendable para niños

A destacar el buffet con muchísima variedad y la amabilidad del personal . El servicio del mini bus, aunque la playa está a 10 minutos , todo un acierto si vas cargado y Juan el conductor un encanto .. Como nota negativa señalaría que las instalaciones son muy básicas, quizás de un hotel de menor categoría y que al ser un hotel donde hay muchísimos niños es muy muy ruidoso y la animación es básicamente para ellos.

La mejor estancia que hemos tenido.

Todo super genial. Instalaciones perfectas para unas vacaciones inolvidables. Buffett que no le faltaba de nada, con un personal en comedor muy atentos y agradables.. Lo mejor de todo, la implicación del personal en que no nos faltase de nada, en especial de Eva que desde el primer minuto estuvo siempre atenta a cada detalle, todos los días nos ha sorprendido con su admirable dedicación al cliente. Y no quiero olvidar de comentar el restaurante La Arboleda que se encuentra junto a la piscina, con una cocina a la altura de Estrella Michelín pero a un precio,servicio y atención, mejor que lo que te puedas encontrar en los alrededores.. Si tengo que dar una puntuación general de éste hotel sería "Matrícula de Honor." Volveremos muchas veces sin dudarlo..
