Lage sehr gut , Rest nur Mittelmaß ...

Die Zimmer sind okay , leider ohne Klimaanlage ( auch kein Ventilator), was in den Sommermonaten für viele Schweißperlen sorgt . Das Personal ist freundlich aber schnell überfordert. Besonders wenn sie das ( super kleine) Frühstück nicht rechtzeitig buchen wird das Aufbacken von drei zusätzlichen Brötchen zu einer schier unmöglichen Aufgabe . Auch sollte man wissen das die verfügbaren Parkplätze 15€ pro Nacht kosten. Warum im Hotelnamen der Zusatz "Spa" steht , bleibt für mich ein Rätsel . Die Lage bleibt das Einzige was ich mit sehr Gut bewerten möchte .

Wir waren im Fischerhus Appartement 3. Dieses ist im OG und besteht hauptsächlich nur aus Dachschräge. Bedingt dadurch wird es bei Sonnenschein sehr schnell kuschelig warm dort. Ausserdem ist die Treppe sehr steil und eng. Somit ist die Wohnung für größere und ältere Menschen nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Check in war super, weil alles vorab gut erklärt war. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, hatte noch nie so ein Riesen Bett gesehen und der Teppich war super kuschelig. Frühstück war sehr gut für den Preis und generell das Personal war super freundlich!

15時にチェックインすると無人のカウンターから鍵とメッセージをピックアップ。明朝チェックインカウンターに観光税を納入に行く方式。さて観光税の みかえりに貰えるホテルのゲストカードは、ロスコット郡全域交通機関が無料・入場料減額等の特典付き。しかしチェックイン日には貰えないので1日分の3.7ユーロが無駄になる。何とかして欲しい！　さて部屋は独立した建屋だった。電子レンジが嬉しい。湯温はよいが湯量・勢いが弱い。冬は洗髪が辛そうです。

Naja, als großer Mensch im Dachgeschoss, war echt schwierig. Die Dusche ist undicht, m. E. sollte man da etwas tun. Auch habe ich Aufhängung fur (Bade)Handtücher vermisst. Auch Verdunklung vor den Fenstern- die Sonne heizte ab Mittag auf und darüber hinaus war man im Urlaub um 5 wach,weil das Bett ungünstig zum besagten Fenster steht. Es gibt einen Ventilator an der Decke,was an sich toll ist, die Geräusche zum Schlafen muss man allerdings auch mögen... für die paar Nächte ging es mal,aber länger nein Danke

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Leider hat das WLAN während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Wir haben es zwar gemeldet aber leider hat sich nichts getan. Zusätzlich werden Reinigungskosten in der Unterkunft veranschlagt, die nirgendwo angegeben waren. Wir mussten 40€ Reinigungskosten zusätzlich zum Endpreis bezahlen. Das sollte in Zukunft vermerkt werden. Die angegebene Kurtaxe müsste auch mal aktualisiert werden.

Es steht, dass es Parkplätze gibt. Leider nicht der Fall, wir mussten mit Gepäck 10 Minuten Fußweg von einem Parkhaus zum Hotel laufen und dementsprechend die Parkgebühren selbst zusätzlich tragen. Ein Spa ist ebenfalls seit langer Zeit nicht mehr vorhanden, der Titel Hotel und Spa ist also nicht aktuell und wir waren darüber ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht. Das Apartment war nicht richtig sauber (Spinnenweben etc). Wir haben es an der Rezeption angesprochen und erwartet, dass sich darum gekümmert wird. Es wurde zur Kenntnis genommen, aber passiert ist leider trotzdem nichts. Wenigstens war das Frühstück gut

Dieses App. ist nur ein kleines Dachgeschoss Zimmer mit einer Niesche für 2 Küchenunterschränke ohne Balkon und ohne Essbereich und Couch. Es ist gut genug für Bauarbeiter. Die Qualität und Vorgaben entspricht nicht der Abbildungen und schon gar nicht dem Preis, dieser ist unverschämt überteuert. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet und das Personal scheint überfordert. Ich wurde noch nie so enttäuscht.
