"The only thing about the Beresford hotel was that the sheets were clean,the sink had no plug, there was no soap in the sink dispenser, the shower curtain was dirty, the TV didn't work, I had to go to reception to get a towel, the second window wouldn't close and there was no breakfast not even coffee ..."

"All the staff were welcoming and very helpful: top marks, as was the food/drink offerings and opportunity to pre-book on-site parking. The lingering musty carpet smell throughout was off-putting and the window openings in our room were limited (probably for safety reasons), but this meant the ledges ..."
