"Pool wasn't open when I visited at the start of March and the hotel was still under construction from renovations, but I was in one of the updated rooms. It was spacious, clean, and modern, plenty of food for breakfast and a little shop behind the front desk with toiletries and snacks. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the utility of the new furnishings. "

"The rooftop bar was closed for renovation. If I had known that ahead of time, I would have selected a different hotel. Additionally, there was a gas leak during our stay which caused the shower to not have hot water, and breakfast was significantly impacted as well. "

"Gym was nice, room was satisfactory…..breakfast was a let down. Doors leaked in stair foyer, causing slick tile and us to almost fall. Deal breaker was the extremely moldy air vent. Have pics. Terrible. "

"No hot water in our room. It got lukewarm at best. Ice machines are removed from multiple floors. No mini-fridges in the room. The property is really showing its age."

"This hotel is in a somewhat depressed area of North Little Rock and a few blocks from an active commercial railway. There were several extremely bright security lights that did a great job of deterring petty theft of vehicles and loitering in the parking areas all around the building. There were some train horns very late at night on occasion, but not too much of a nuisance. The room was clean and in very nice condition. The bed was comfortable. The ac worked great and the fridge and microwave functioned. There was one small, minor area of mildew in the shower caulking, but not terrible. Otherwise the bathroom was very nice. Our stay was very pleasant and even though it's an old-school type motel with uncontrolled access from the exterior to the room doors, we did not feel unsafe. All in all, it's an economical option that delivers on value and safety. I can comfortably recommend it to others."
