Wonderful

I highly recommend Ross House. The owner Theresa is so helpful and obliging. She drove us herself to our wedding reception venue is Roscommon as taxi’s were difficult to get. Our room was a great size, en-suite, beautifully presented, pristine clean, with toiletries provided. Theresa had put a carafe of spring water in our room and also Lilly O Brian chocolate’s ( delicious). We enjoyed a freshly cooked hearty full Irish breakfast (also delicious) with home made soda bread. Our whole experience was faultless. Thank you Theresa.

Amazing Host

Teresa was more than welcoming, she was so warm and friendly. The place was immaculate and the accommodations were perfect for us. We had a large hot breakfast that was excellent. We would definitely stay there again. Top rate!

We were visiting my uncle who is in a retirement facility so it was great to be able to stay at Ross House and have convenient in and out privileges. The hosts were welcoming, the home was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and served very elegantly! We would be happy to stay at Ross House again and would recommend it to friends and family!

Lovely house and most gracious host.

We only stayed one night but we felt most welcome. Lovely house and we so enjoyed chatting with our host, Teresa. Would definitely stay there again if ever back in Ireland.

Very welcoming

We totally enjoyed our stay at Ross House. Teresa was an excellent host. Considerate and friendly. She sent us an email on the day of our arrival, to coordinate with us on an unexpected event in her schedule. She put us onto a unique experience - the horse race meet in Roscommon - and a great bistro pub in town. The B&B was close enough to town to walk to dinner, if energetic. Breakfast in a cozy, naturally lighted dining area was very good. Although next to one of the roads to town, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We definitely recommend Ross House B&B.

The food was outstanding. Teresa is very attentive and helpful. A new water pump had just been installed and they were experencing water pressure issues. It should just be temporay.

Charming B and B in Roscommon

Lovely stay near Roscommon. Teresa and Gerry very helpful in knowledge of local area. Quiet comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance to pub and food. Water presure somewhat variable. Cash required to pay bill, which wasn't clear when I booked. Overall though a great value.

We'll be back.

This was the best accommodation of our five week stay in UK/Europe. Theresa was lovely - from being so kind when we arrived very late after a much longer drive than planned, to introducing us to black pudding to providing guidance on the next stage of our journey.

Comfortable welcoming B&B

Teresa gave us a warm and friendly welcome to her lovely B&B just situated in easy walking distance of the town centre. The rooms are of a good size and plenty of work has been put in to ensure the property is extremely clean and up to date. Bedrooms en suite provide showers with ample hot water. Wi Fi was excellent. Teresa is very knowledgeable of the area and helped us find an excellent restaurant. The breakfast contained all the usual in more than ample amounts was cooked fresh and was excellent . The poached eggs were especially done well. Teresa and her husband should be proud of what they have created here and we are looking forward to staying there again. Many thanks Teresa from both of us

Great accommodation, highly recommend it.

Just perfect for what we needed. Nearhand, friendly, welcoming, clean, beautiful breakfast, tea/coffee in dinning room whenever we needed it.
