Extremely disappointing. This should be rated with 1 or 2 stars. Less than friendly staff, old furniture and unclean rugs. Breakfast consisted of practically nothing edible and no eggs. They did have a nice coffee so Iād give them that. I will be checking out soon. Iāll never return. There are so many better hotels in Rosario for the same money. Orbitz needs to verify the hotel pictures as they might have been accurate many years ago but certainly not now. The area around the hotel is not safe.

No me gustĆ³ el hotel, esta muy abandonado. El hotel puede ser viejo pero no deberĆa ser abandonado los cuartos chicos, el baƱo deprimente
Este hotel es sin mƔs una ratonera.
1. Al TV lo trajo ColĆ³n y no volvieron a comprar otro. ššš
2. El aire acondicionado no puedes controlarlo desde tu habitaciĆ³n, debes llamar a recepciĆ³n para q lo prendan, lo bajen o lo suban. (Colonial) No puedo creer esto todavia.
3. En el check In me dan una habitaciĆ³n y una tarjeta electrĆ³nica pero adivinen que... la habitaciĆ³n tenia una puerta tambiĆ©n de la Ć©poca colonial que se abre con llave metĆ”lica. š¤š¤š¤. No sabian esto?
4. La puerta de la habitaciĆ³n se cae a pedazos.
Claro es barato y cuando Ud. Seside pagar barado, olvĆdese del resto. Sirve para dormir una noche o sos y punto.

El hotel estĆ” muy bien ubicado. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aqui. La atenciĆ³n es muy buena. La habitaciĆ³n cĆ³moda. El desayuno muy bien. Estacionamiento gratis en el hotel. El precio razonable.

En el desayuno habĆa unas 40 personas, muchas haciendo cola, todas las ventanas estaban cerradas. No circulaba aire, no se respetaba el distanciamiento social ni nada. Cuando me fui a hablar a la recepciĆ³n me dijeron que no era culpa de ellos porque algunos huĆ©spedes se habĆan quejado de que hacĆa frĆo y tuvieron que cerrar las ventanas. Le respondĆ "prefiero tener frĆo que tener covid". Me hablaron de mal modo. Nunca volverĆ© a este hotel que ademĆ”s es viejo y no se le hace mantenimiento.

Decepcionante
Todo fue decepcionante. Las fotos que vimos del hotel no se parecĆan en nada con la realidad. La pileta era de 4 mts de largo y el solarium demasiado chico para la cantidad de gente. Hacian pasar grupos por 3hs max. al solarium y pileta, decĆan que a las 13hs abrĆa y eran las 13.30 y cerrado. No habĆa bar ni restaurant, no nos daban ni hielo. El servicio pĆ©simo. El precio no fue acorde al mal servicio. No volverĆa ni que me regalen la noche. El desayuno tambiĆ©n mal organizado en todos los sentidos.

No hay relaciĆ³n calidad - precio.
Considero que la tarifa por noche es muy elevada teniendo en cuenta el estado del hotel, lo antiguo del establecimiento, y el mantenimiento que estĆ” requiriendo y que no lo estĆ” recibiendo. En general, la habitaciĆ³n estaba correcta. Las canillas del baƱo presentaban pĆ©rdidas. El personal, como siempre, muy amable.

Es un hotel antiguo con poco mantenimiento, televiso viejo en la habitaciĆ³n, baƱo antiguo y chico. RelaciĆ³n precio- calidad muy caro para lo que son la habitaciones. El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicaciĆ³n muy buena a dos cuadras de bulevar oroƱo.

Buena comida en el restaurante
ContratĆ© el servicio de manera tercerizada y no detallaron que el estacionamiento no estaba incluido en la tarifa del hotel como asi tampoco figura en la pagina del hotel esta situaciĆ³n. La calefacciĆ³n de la habitaciĆ³n no la prendieron y cuando lo solicitĆ© tuve que abrir la ventana pues el calor era insoportable.
En el corte de luz que hubo pusieron en funcionamiento el generador cuando ya la electricidad se habia restablecido.No habia luz de emergencia en los pasillos ni en las escaleras.
La tarifa que me cobrĆ³ la empresa tercerizada fue muchisimo mas alta que la que ofrecia el hotel al momento de tomar la habitaciĆ³n.
