The apartment is on the first floor of a 5 floor block set within a small complex which also has a an adults swimming pool and separate kids pool and a kids play area.

A 20Mb Wifi service and underground parking (with lift access direct to apartment) are also Included. There is free parking outside of the complex also.

The apartment comprises entrance hall with wardrobe , separate kitchen, lounge/dining room, two double bedrooms, one with double bed, two wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite bathroom (bath with shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet) the other with wardrobe, mirror shelf and two single beds) and another bathroom with toilet wash basin and shower. The large smart Tv has Netflix and a Usb for your Firestick etc. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen.
