Os serviços de limpeza e atendimento aos hóspedes está péssimo. O próprio hóspede tem que se virar. Não há garçom para o atendimento. A maioria dos pratos oferecidos no cardápio, está em falta.

Decepcionante! O banheiro estava muito sujo e fedido. As toalhas e roupas de cama tinham um cheiro forte que parecia enxofre. Cafe da manhã completamente fora do padrão Ibis.

Decepcionante. Geralmente o Ibis tem um padrão. A estadia foi péssima pelos seguintes motivos: o banheiro estava fedido, tinha pelos dentro da pia, sabonete usado sobre a pia, fio dental usado no lixo, toalha com forte cheiro (parecia enxofre), assento sanitário todo molhado. O quarto também tinha cheiro ruim, mas menos que o banheiro. A roupa de cama tinha cheiro parecido com a toalha. O café da manhã não tem o padrão da rede. E para tudo ficar pior, essa estadia foi a mais cara que já pagamos na rede Ibis. Foi péssima a experiência!

Razoável

Hotel típico para quem está em viagem de trabalho. Ambiente alegre e descontraído. Falta cuidado nos detalhes: os cobertores são entregues da recepção e não fui informado deste detalhe e acabei passando frio na primeira noite; o cartão do quarto tinha que recarregar todo dia, pois estava com problema; não é tem condições de trabalhar no quatro, pois não há mesa de trabalho no mesmo, mas tem a opção no lobby com muitos ruídos. O café da manhã é bom, mas o serviço de restaurante é péssimo é preferível pedir um delivery na cidade.

Funciona muito bem se você quer sair cedo e não usufruirá do café da manhã ou após horas de viagem não quer burocracia e demora no check in. Tudo é rápido e prático. Os quartos são especialmente pequenos mas bastante confortáveis
