The property is older than I expected. It's like living in 1980s grandma's house. It needs some serious interior updates. Other than that, Anastasia was very nice and helpful. The location is awesome with supermarket, McDonald's, bus stop nearby. Quiet and convenient

The hotel was kind enough to offer hotel pick up and late check-in for an additional price. Bus stop approx 10 steps away. Shops and restaurants nearby. As per the counter, there was hardly anyone ever at the counter. The hotel room also had fruitflies and quite a bunch of them by the ceiling of the bathroom. There is some noise because the hotel is by a main street. The water pressure in the bathroom is nice and hot :). The room has a mini fridge and plenty of storage space, working ac and heater, and a desk. The room for breakfast is small but offers good food and freshly made coffee.

It supposedly including breakfast but actually they give you ticket for breakfast at the coffee shop near by for one coffee and one croissant only, which costs max 3 euro. Selling it as breakfast included but not convinent and limited choice. The bed sheet was dirty with blood, when you flash the toilet the water falls out on the floor. The manager answers always “what do you want” when you reach out to him and guest oriented “ how can do for you or how can I help you?”

I booked this room as a place to keep my stuff in for a few hours and have a place to shower before flying out of Rome very early the next morning. The places SMELLS EXTRAORDINARILY STRONG OF AIR FRESHENER FRAGRANCE!! The smell made my physically sick and I am usually not sensitive to smells but this was a chemical attack on the senses. I spent the small amount of time I was there on the balcony and just left at about 3am.

The space we rented had no kitchen, no coffee maker,. They advertised the property as two sleeping areas big enough for 4 people. It ended up having one double bed and a bunk bed in the same room. It looked like they took an apartment and made each room into a hotel room. The space was barely big enough for two people let alone four people!!

I felt some of the staff were respectful and helpful. But when the toilet overflowed early in the morning, and there was a flood, I had to leave my room early and start the day a few hours before I was ready to. There was clearly a problem related to the plumbing and was no fault of mine, yet i sensed that some of the staff felt i created the problem. There was no apology from anyone.

Good location

The hotel was conveniently-placed for access to the city centre. It's on a main bus route and the service is very regular. It was clean and breakfast was good. Each room has very loud boiler systems for hot water which make an really loud and intrusive noise whenever the hot tap or shower are run. The closeness of the rooms meant you could easily hear the loud noise from adjacent rooms, often early morning or overnight. This definitely affected your sleep. We had a very early morning flight home from Ciampino and we had to pay 65 euros for a hotel taxi. This was annoying as the city taxis were advertising the service for 32 euros. I understand that there would be a premium for an overnight taxi, but not double the amount. There is a very nice small restaurant nearby called Boris and there's also a MacDonald's 5 minutes away.

Der Service ist super, wenn auch überfordert. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist fantastisch. Es müssen dringend Sanierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden, streckenweise kein Heisswasser und die Duschkabine war undicht. Verwirrend, dass das Hotel unter 3 Namen läuft. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr eingeschränkt, aber bei dem Preis darf man nicht mehr erwarten.

Struttura con qualche piccolo ritocchino da fare ma nel rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. Ben collegata al centro tramite i bus con fermata sotto casa.... 10 minuti e siete in pieno centro ... Ottima pulizia e colazione. Il personale è molto simpatico, gentile e pronto a risolvere ogni problema. Consigliatissimo!!!
