Ottima location raggiunta a piedi dal parcheggio custodito a pagamento. Nelle immediate vicinanze ristoranti per tutti i palati, giapponese, steck house, pizza. Il centro a piedi è raggiungibile in 5 min.

Buono però...

Buona struttura, check in e check out gestiti virtualmente tramite whatsapp, se fossi stato poco avvezzo alla tecnologia avrei dormito in macchina? Ma no, avrebbero trovato un altro modo. La colazione si fa in un bar nelle immediate vicinanze con un voucer che da diritto ad una bevanda calda, un cornetto e un bicchierino di succo d'arancia color sangue rappreso. Se malauguratamente non mangi il cornetto e non bevi sangue umano le alternative sono a pagamento.

En anderledes hoteloplevelse, men dejlig ferie!

Vi ankom sent lørdag aften, men havde modtaget fornødne info om, hvordan vi kunne komme ind. Værelset pænt og rent. Havde bestilt med morgenmad og ud fra beskrivelse og billeder af tagterrasse. Tagterrasse var der ikke noget af! Morgenmad kunne man ikke få om søndagen (vi blev kompenseret med €8,-). Morgenmad øvrige dage blev indtaget på det lokale "il lunch" og bestod af en kop kaffe, lille glas kartonjuice og en valgfri croissant (morgenmadsbilletter). Stemningen på stedet var god og ægte italiensk. Hotelfatter var serviceminded og hjælpsom, men sjældent til stede. Man kunne dog ringe til ham. Hotelfaciliteter i øvrigt er der ikke noget af og det ligner mere et privat hjem med rod her og der, end det ligner et hotel. Meget central placering og dejligt stille, selvom man bor midt i Rom. Vi vænnede os til de lidt specielle forhold og har haft en dejlig ferie i Rom.

The residence was wonderful! The staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was my husband's 40th birthday trip and we ended it here. What an amazing place to end our stay in Italy. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

It had a beautiful view if you choose to stay on the side facing the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the rooms were really just ok. Basic amenities. The shower had a tendency to flood the bathroom and our double bed was two single mattresses pushed together without a fitted sheet so we spent our trip sleeping like a couple in a 50s sitcom. Wonderful location, paper thin walls. Overall very middle of spectrum. It really depends where your priorities are.

Not long back from a lovely stay in Rome. The owner of this property made our stay even more pleasant. He upgraded our room for my sons birthday to a terrace room with a beautiful view. Checked everything was ok throughout our stay. Was so friendly and welcoming. The building itself is a beautiful old building, with an old fashioned lift to the top. Our room was very small but had everything we needed. Shower was good and it was all clean. Thank you for making a stay a welcoming one.

Das Hotel ist eine Etage in einem Bürohochhaus. Tolle Lage und nettes Zimmer, aber das "Frühstück" besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee und einem Gebäcksück im Cafe auf der anderen Straßenseite!

Great location. Shower was outside of bathroom not much privacy. Breakfast included was okay. Croissant and juice/coffee. Very clean staff was helpful. Towel heater did not work.
