The staff were fantastic, except one day they forgot to clean the room. The AC never worked properly, my shower was full of ants one morning (and no, I wasn't eating an ice cream while showering!), the pool was down the entire time and that was the reason I chose this hotel, for their beautiful big pool. The place was dilapidated and is in need of major renovations. It was, at best, a 2 star establishment.

Their service was amazing. The host that host (male) we met there on the night of July 12th made us dinner even though everything was closed at we arrived after midnight. What a classy guy and what a classy establishment. We will already look at staying there next year when we visit Rome next year..

The staff was very nice and welcoming but the pictures shown online compared to the appearance in person is quiet different. Also the location was an inconvenience as it is far from Fiumcino airport.

Good compared price paid

Not bad compared price paid, but if I have to consider four star hotel, about service I used, cannot evaluate all others i didn't used The serviced offered as breakfast room, isn't great Clean room, staff kind and quite carefull but all aspects doesn't look as four star hotel should be. If I consider the price I paid It's very good service and infrastructure.

Horrible, we were eaten alive by Mozzy’s, the website says bus to the airport but this is only available in daily hours. Booked a taxi and the hotel took a cut, and over charged us. Dirt all up the walls

Struttura vecchia sicuramente da ristrutturare. Ho chiesto di cambiare la prima camera che ci avevano assegnato perché era fredda e il water perdeva acqua da sotto e il grado di pulizia era scadente. La seconda camera più comoda ma un forte odore di fogna si percepiva dentro il bagno. La colazione davvero deludente. Cornetti non freschi ma decongelati, varietà dei cibi scarsa. Il sabato sera ho avuto difficoltà a parcheggiare l’auto perché i posti occupati dai clienti del ristorante aperto anche al pubblico esterno. Sicuramente non tornerò in questa struttura.

Soggiorno di lavoro. Uno standard di pulizia per un hotel 4 stelle da €117 la singola a notte, scadente sia nelle parti comuni che in camera. La receptionist è stata gentile nel capire che doveva cambiarmi camera perché quella assegnatami era sporca.

Da un 4**** mi aspetto che la colazione sia servita anche prima delle 7 e non qualche minuto prima. Molto faraginoso accebdere la tv con servizio Sky non funzionante. Camera con arredi vecchi e decentrata rispetto alla reception. Mi sarei aspetto molto di più da un 4****
