The Donna Laura was unable to accommodate me, because of maintenance work, but transferred my booking to a sister hotel. Everything was smoothly handled, and my stay was immaculate. 5* to both hotels!

This property is a gem! Beautiful and immaculate inside and out. I loved the little balconies for morning tea and the roof top restaurant and lounge with a lovely view and atmosphere. Their breakfast buffet will not disappoint! I would recommend this hotel.

Not worth the cost, disappointed

We were so excited for this stay as it was my 56th birthday and we traveled from Canada for our first Italy trip. The room was not as described as my picture will show. Smaller than stated with out a balcony. I had book a superior room but got the classic. Mentioned to the guy working the desk and he said I was in a superior. Talked to the lady working the desk two days later and she graciously offered to move us. Thank you. We were on our final night and kept the classic room because it was late and we were exhausted. The neighborhood was great with local crowd restaurants, the place was clean and close to the metro. I left feeling disappointed and way over charged. 400 Canadian a night. Also contacted the hotel via email only to get ignored. 👎👎 Fix an issue and I’ll give a great review.

I would like to thank Stephon, he was so helpful and kind very efficient with helping us directions, helping me try to book another day. Overall he is great. Enjoyed my stay at Donna Laura, felt like home. I'm from the USA and he made us feel at home. Hotel is close to everything you need. Stephon also helped me get a drive to take us to the Airport. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay. Loved Donna Laura stayed four days.

I booked a transfer, and got email confirmation that for three people the transfer cost was 60 euros, however when we arrived, was charged 75 euros!!! RIP off Told only ONE iron for the whole hotel, a lot of noise by cleaners in the morning, AC very poor and noisy

Since I was only staying for one night (arriving late and check out early) the room (19 m2 including bathroom) was generally acceptable. (Only room for the bed) Apart from the room the hotel and staff are fine. But to take 1700 dkk (225 eur) is NOT ok. 700 dkk (95 eur) would have been fair.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in einem ruhigen Quartier. Ausstattung ein bisschen altmodisch, aber funktional. Etwa 10 Minuten von der Metro entfernt.

Hotel is very outdated. I thought I was checking into a old nursing home. A/C didn't work in room, made front desk aware of problem and they forgot to notify engineering. I was at the point of finding another hotel, but my wife convinced me not to sense our stay was for I night. We decided to stay out till 2:00am just to not see this property. Never again and not worth the price.
