Very close to Roma Termini, the train and bus station. The room and bathroom were recently renovated and cleaned daily. Both bathroom and room had windows which is very convenient for ventilation. Good air conditioning and noiseless. Elevator to the floor

The shower isn’t the best but other than that a really good option for anyone travelling to Rome, the hosts communication is spot on aswel text us on the day before and responded quickly to any questions we had, really close to the train station so great transport access with the bus station right out side the train station, close to a couple of reasonably priced mini markets if you do forget anything and also close to a few bars and a great pizza place 5 mins away, can’t fault this property as an option to stay in just needs a more powerful shower

Room was nice, lift to the building quite small. So if you have a wheelchair or a large buggy it won't fit. I had a yoyo stroller and it just managed to fit. Location is great close to the train station and transport to airport. Shops and restaurants near by. We wore very happy with the place.

This is a guest house steps away from termini station. We choose it to stay the day before leaving Rome for its proximity to the Leonardo Fiumicino. Its clean an cozy. No ammenities, just bed and shower. Good for our purpose. Termini station is very busy. Dining is available at good prices.

セルフチェックインは全く問題なくスムーズでした。事前にホストと連絡を取ることができて、返信も早かったです。部屋はとても快適で清潔でした。テルミニ駅から歩いてすぐで、アクセス抜群でした。バスターミナルもすぐ近くにあり、どこに行くにも便利な場所で良かったです。

Está muy bien ubicado, la calle tranquila, el edificio de buen aspecto, la habitación y el baño bien LO que es desastroso fue que la otra habitación estuviera en otro edificio. Que el elevador fuera minúsculo (apenas cabía el equipaje) y que las instrucciones para abrir las puertas fueran ya sin personal al que pudieras acudir -No hay contacto humano- (nos pareció un fallo desafortunado) Al llegar, unas mujeres jóvenes que suponíamos vivían allí, se aprestaron para ayudarnos con el equipaje y perdimos un backpack, que posteriormente vimos que había desaparecido y que nos hizo una gran complicación por lo que perdimos, teniendo que dedicarle -tiempo y dinero- para reponer la pérdida de documentos, cargadores de teléfono, una tableta, etc.

Excellent choix pour visiter Rome!

La chambre « simple» n’est pas très grande, mais elle est fonctionnelle et vraiment sympathique et l’endroit est calme. De plus, c’est super bien situé. L’accueil est attentionné et le personnel très agréable. Le ménage est fait à tous les jours. Je suis heureuse de mon choix et je le recommande fortement!

Bra läge nära tågstationen. En bit till sevärdheter men med bra skor funkar en promenad. Annars bra förbindelser med tex buss. Bra städat, fint rum. Lätt att få kontakt med ansvarig som också satte in ett kylskåp i rummet efter önskemål. Rekommenderas!

La atención de María fue espectacular. Es una opción de alojamiento con una muy buena relación precio-calidad. Está cerca de Termini, y por ende del metro.

Scelta non molto soddisfacente.

Più che di un b/b si tratta di un'affittacamere posto vicino alla stazione Termini quindi in posizione comoda e centrale ma abbastanza degradata. Le camere sono al secondo piano di un palazzo e per arrivarci c'è un ascensore strettissimo e un po' inquietante. Nessun ceck in,nessun controllo dei documenti e tantomeno del green pass,nessuna registrazione ma solo la consegna delle chiavi da parte del suocero del gestore. Camera piccola ma ben disposta e ben riscaldata ,tv che non riceve segnale Rai,presenza di un piccolo bollitore con alcune bustine di tè.No frigobar,no cassaforte. In una settimana asciugamani cambiati una sola volta.Bagno funzionale ma privo di bide' e con forte e costante puzza di fogna (per fortuna c'è una piccola finestrina che aiuta un po'). Gestori mai visti in una settimana di soggiorno,raggiungibili via cellulare. Ho richiesto esplicitamente ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno (vista la non registrazione in struttura) che mi riservo di fare avere al Comune di Roma. Nel complesso non malissimo ma comunque il peggior rapporto qualità/prezzo dei miei tanti soggiorno romani.
