"We recently stayed here and would highly recommend it — great value and an unbeatable location. Steps from the basilica and major attractions, with easy metro/train access and wonderful restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptional. Special mention to Roberto at reception and the housekeeping team — warm, professional, and helpful. Arriving late due to a delayed flight, the staff waited for us, which we truly appreciated. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Suggestions for improvement: add a microwave and iron to each room, and schedule housekeeping in the mornings rather than late afternoon. One safety concern: on our second night the entrance sensor light didn’t activate immediately. I missed a raised floor, stumbled, and hit my shoulder hard against the wall — bruising badly for several days. Please ensure entrance lighting is reliable. A brief pre-arrival message about the hotel layout (third floor location, lobby directions, elevator use) would also help guests navigate safely. Overall, a fantastic stay — we rate it 5 stars and would return without hesitation."

"This hotel has such a great location. We walked to so many historical places. The hotel is older but very nice, we felt like we stayed in Rome, not a commercial motel off the freeway. Two thumbs up !!"

"Extremely beautiful old world style hotel. I love this hotel! And the room that you see in the brochure… is the one you get to stay in! Lovely breakfast, large windows , comfortable beds, nice quality linens, huge and wonderful bathrooms. But best of all great security, wonderfully helpful staff, and an excellent location. My only hotel for Rome! "

"Very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome. Shuttle downtown is a great perk. Lobby bar is a great place to socialize and relax. The location of the hotel allows walking to neighborhood restaurants, shops and a small market. Very nice hotel and a very nice stay."

"This place is away from everything. You have to rely on uber or taxis to go anywhere. Public transportation route is a couple blocks away but you would have to hop from one line to another to get to the main attractions. Nothing within walking distance. The clean up if my room was always being done after 5:30, very inconvenient. "
