"Check in was a disaster The key was in a locker box under a password, someone had already taken my key (all the lockers used the same password so the passwords have no sense) I had to use someone else key and any other room that was not the one I booked, nobody answered the phone and no possible to get any help at midnight "

"Hotel clean and well maintained. Room was spotless with a great view over the lake. Underground parking gets the car off the road with lifts directly to reception and rooms. Staff were most welcoming but especially Mauro in the restaurant/bar. Food in the restaurant was excellent but found the menu a little restrictive when staying for a few nights. Outside pool area very nice with pool bar, but unfortunately can be affected by vehicle fumes as near to main road."

"Hotel Owner recommended local restaurant “Made in Sud” and kindly reserved a table for me. It was fantastic cuisine of Napoli, and restaurant staff there are all friendly. Breakfast from 6:30am was also great too! I would definitely come back to this hotel."

"A very cute resort. Even though the staff where not so good in English, they were very helpful and service-minded. We spent the afternoon in the pool. Unfortunately, the restaurant nearby was closed but we found an amazing restaurant 15min from the hotel. Good quality breakfast. "
